Liebe Freundinnen und Freunde der Pagode, liebe Zen-Schüler/innen
jetzt steht Weihnachten unmittelbar vor der Tür und wir, die Sangha der Pagode, haben uns gedacht, euch einen besonderen Weihnachtsgruß zukommen zu lassen:
Wir haben in unserer Sangha persönliche Weihnachtsgrüße, Gedanken über Liebe, Mitgefühl und Selbstakzeptanz und einiges mehr gesammelt, und wollten euch damit zumindest ein kleines Geschenk machen.
Wir hoffen, dass ihr alle ein entspanntes Weihnachtsfest feiert – ohne Hast, zu hohe Erwartungen und Streit. Möget ihr eure Herzen öffnen und wahrhaft füreinander da sein können.
Die Sangha der Pagode wünscht euch alles Gute und einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr 2009!

Dear Zen Student Sangha,
I am so happy to be a part of your group. You all have put forth much effort in both your practice and your lives and I am really proud to have you here with us. I want to wish each one of you a blessed, warm, and wonderful Holiday. Wherever you are, whoever you are with, whatever you do, please enjoy your lives on this day and remember that you can be anything you want to be if you only allow it. Each moment is a time for change, full of possibilities and because this moment is such a gift we call it the “present”. Please unwrap your present and live the life you have always wanted. Enjoy.
